Once your HR infrastructure is set up, what ongoing HR approach will you take? We have a range of options from Outsourcing to annual maintenance contracts.
Fully Outsourced - you’ll have the commitment of a dedicated and experienced HR Account Manager who understands your business. You’ll also have access to a team of specialists with the flexibility to respond to your needs as they arise. On site we source, train and mentor a HR Advisor to take care of the day to day.
Maintenance Contract - we assist in the recruitment of your in-house HR professionals, we provide ongoing strategy support with access to our team of specialists under a maintenance contract.
Project - we recruit/source your HR professionals ensuring they have the skills and experience to support your business. We provide consulting advice and services on a project basis. |
