Following an audit, there are many avenues you can take to improve the HR systems of your company. You may wish to implement some or all of HR Outsourcing’s recommendations; we can certainly help you make this happen, and set you up with a long-term maintenance program. But if all this seems like too much, HR Outsourcing can help with that, too.

We can undertake your HR activities on your behalf. We work with you to develop the right structure, and then professionally manage your HR function. We can outsource all HR activities, including, strategy and organisation design, compensation & benefits, change management, industrial / employee relations, HR programs and HR administration.  

You’ll have the commitment of a dedicated and experienced HR Account Manager who understands your business.  You’ll also have access to a team of specialists with the flexibility to respond to your needs as they arise. On site we source, train and mentor a HR Advisor to take care of the day to day. We are really in-sourcing specialists, ensuring that your management team and people are fully supported as and when you require that support, at the appropriate level without carrying the overhead of a full HR department.

We commit to one, two or three year outsourced contracts with an agreed service level agreement and performance metrics.  Of course, we are also happy to work with you to achieve a mix of in-house and outsourced HR activities, according to your needs.
