With corporate functionality at an inexpensive price point the system empowers your organisation for growth and efficiency. Once our systems are implemented they really take care of themselves.
Outsourced HR Programs - a HR officer/consultant implements and administers programs such as annual performance review, salary review, recruitment, exit interviews, and employee engagement initiatives. An employee of HR Outsourcing physically situated in your offices either full time or part time to manage your day to day HR needs. We are responsible for mentoring and developing this resource and ensuring their competency levels are at a superior level.
Outsourced HR Account Manager - a key success factor of the Outsourced solution is your dedicated HR Account Manager who understands your business and works with your team and our team to ensure a quality service and outcomes. All of our Account Managers are qualified and experienced HR generalists.
Outsourced Specialists – access to the following specialists when you need them: Industrial Relations; Employee Relations; Change Management; Compensation & Benefits and Occupational Health & Safety. The alternative to employing a HR generalist or Director with limited knowledge in each area paying between $120,000 and $200,000 pa, "in-source" specialists when you need them at a fraction of the cost.
